Map, Directions, & Parking

Marianna's Esthetics & Spa is located in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Boulder, at 1215 Spruce Street, Suite 100. We are situated on the north side of the street, between Broadway, to the west, and Hotel Boulderado (13th Street) to the east.

Parking

There are four parking options available to you when you visit us at Marianna's Esthetics & Spa, as follows:

• City of Boulder Spruce Street parking garage located across Broadway from us, between Broadway and 11th Streets.  Bring us your parking ticket/card and we will validate it for you for the duration of your time with us (2 hour maximum).
• Metered parking spots are available on Spruce Street on our block.  Upon parking, locate the kiosk on your side of the street, pay for your time, and place the paid ticket on your dashboard for viewing by local parking officials.
• Peripheral downtown streets allow free parking for up to three hours.  The streets closest to Marianna's, which offer free temporary parking, are Pine and 13th.  Make sure that you are parked in areas designated as "Two Hour" or "Three Hour" parking.
• For your convenience, you may, for a fee, leave your vehicle with the Hotel Boulderado valet parking at the hotel's main entrance on 13th — your vehicle will be delivered to our door upon conclusion of your visit.
