Your Appointment

Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your first appointment, and 10 minutes in advance of subsequent appointments. This is your time and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.

Spa Etiquette

Marianna’s Aesthetics & Spa is a retreat for everyone to equally enjoy to the utmost. We ask that all guests use low, gentle voices at all times.

Cellular telephones must be turned off beyond the anteroom unless extenuating circumstances necessitate their use- on silent modes only- inside the treatment rooms or the Salon. Use of telephones in the Santorini Room Sanctuary is prohibited at all times.


Children 12 and under must be receiving services if present.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other clients’ needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount.

All SpaRitual packages require a minimum of one week prior notice for cancellation.  Packages cancelled or rescheduled less than one week in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount.


While there is no obligation to leave gratuity, should you choose to do so, the level of tip you leave should be commensurate with you experience here. Please feel free to ask your Spa Coordinator for suggestions if you are unsure.

Unless specified, gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Meals and beverages do not include gratuities.
