Marianna’s Aesthetics & Spa is pleased to welcome you. We promise to exceed your expectations, while respecting the needs of each of our guests.
Your Appointment
Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your first appointment, and 10 minutes in advance of subsequent appointments. This is your time and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.
Spa Etiquette
Marianna’s Aesthetics & Spa is a retreat for everyone to equally enjoy to the utmost. We ask that all guests use low, gentle voices at all times.
Cellular telephones must be turned off beyond the anteroom unless extenuating circumstances necessitate their use- on silent modes only- inside the treatment rooms or the Salon. Use of telephones in the Santorini Room Sanctuary is prohibited at all times.
Children
Children 12 and under must be receiving services if present.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other clients’ needs, we require at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If your scheduled appointment is for multiple services taking up 2 hours or more of the schedule, cancellation/rescheduling must occur at least 72 hours prior to appointment time.
Cancellations/rescheduling of appointments for spa packages or bookings for multiple individuals requires one week notice in advance of the appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time period are subject to a cancellation fee of total amount for the services scheduled, but not to exceed a rate of $100 per hour per person.
Gratuities
While there is no obligation to leave gratuity, should you choose to do so, the level of tip you leave should be commensurate with you experience here. Please feel free to ask your Spa Coordinator for suggestions if you are unsure.
Unless specified, gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Meals and beverages do not include gratuities.
Referral Benefits
We deeply value our devoted clientele. If you came to us via a referral, please make sure to indicate that person’s name on your New Client Data form, so that we may thank them appropriately.
Corporate Discount Packages
